The project runs from January 2026 to June 2027, moving through preparation, implementation, monitoring, dissemination and evaluation.

January 2026 – Malta
Kick-off Meeting
The project begins with the first transnational meeting, bringing partners together to exchange expertise and establish the roadmap for the project.
June 2026 – Online
Mid-Term Meeting I
A first review of progress, achievements and the next steps.
September 2026 – Slovakia
Mid-Term Meeting II
Held alongside the European Week of Sport, the meeting focuses on implementation, sport values and the next phase of the project.
December 2026 – Online
Monitoring Meeting
A moment to reflect, evaluate progress and prepare for the final stages.
February 2027 – Malta
Dissemination Meeting
Preliminary conclusions are shared with the public through a media conference.
April 2027 – Slovakia
Closing Meeting
The project reaches its final stage, with evaluation, sustainability and the future of the INCLUSION PLUS platform at the centre of attention.
